Service Description

Are you looking for One-on-One Plantbased Lifestyle Coaching to incorporate more whole plant-based foods into your lifestyle? Are you ready to transition to a more plant-based lifestyle but need help getting there, working with a certified Food for Life Instructor can help you meet your goals. Let me show you how to design customized meals and food prep plans all while meeting your nutritional needs and learning the health benefits of a plant-based diet. Together we will identify dishes and snacks you’ll love and practice meal planning, shopping, recipes, and strategies for staying on course. Sessions are held on Thursdays each week, and last 1.5 hours to include: -1-on-1 with Dr. Ludmilla (Certified Food for Life Instructor and Public Health Expert) -Lifestyle & Dietary Assessment -Nutritional Recommendations Towards Your Goals -Tools to Track Your Progress If you are a resident of Solivita, you can also enroll in our Meal Plan to get started. Many of my clients want direction and advice on where to start with an empowering, healing and life transforming journey, and they do not want to do it alone. I have chronically ill people to embrace the healing benefits of living foods using food as medicine, and shown them how to best take the steps away from unhealthy practices. Join me for a session (you are allowed to enroll more than once, depending on your needs and progress)!
